The World Health Organization in partnership with the Center for Tobacco Control in Africa (CTCA) and Ministry of Health launched a study to monitor compliance with the Tobacco Control Act in Uganda. This was purposed to strenghthen the governement’s abbility in reporting compliance accurately. This was on 7th February 2019.
With the advancement in technology, this App is a welcome idea to engaging more people. It was created by people who stand behind Fully-Verified app and aims to fight against tobacco use and reporting non-compliance with the law, especially among the youth.
