Introduction
Malaria can be passed on from one person to another by mosquitoes. Mosquitoes breed in water that does not flow e.g in holes, pits, empty cans or tins, broken pots, bottles, swamps. When a mosquito bites a person with malaria and then bites another healthy person, it injects into his/her blood the germs that cause malaria and later that person becomes ill.
